Switching From Tier 1 Graduate Ent to Tier 1 Entrepreneur

I am switching from Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur to Tier 1 Entrepreneur under the £50,000 rule.

Please can you assist with the required documents.

I have 2 employees working for me. Please suggest on the insurances required and upto what amount?
Is it only employers liability insurance or public liability aswell?
