Switching from tier 4 student visa to tier 2 dependent

Post by adithi10 » Wed Jun 04, 2014 8:11 pm

Hi,

I am currently in Tier 4 student visa and my spouse has tier 4 dependent visa. He has been working from august 2013 and they are giving him CoS for tier 2 general. will my spouse need to show £600 for dependent as he is already getting salary from august 2013. or do i require a letter from his company stating that they will provide the fund.

Thanks
Adithi.

Hi Adithi,

Your husband need to show maintenance for himself plus for you as well or his company can certify his maintenance on the COS letter and can provide a letter for you (If the Company is A-rated sponsor).

Thanks,
Hassan
