SWITCHING FROM TIER 4 TO TIER 2 VISA

I am a 35 year old Indian citizen currently pursuing a Master's course in Management. I have over 17 years of work experience prior to beginning my studies. I now wish to switch to Tier 2 post my graduation. I have spoken to a company that is willing to hire me, however, my query is:

Will I be considered as a "new entrant" or experienced applicant for my Tier 2?
