switching into tier 2 as working part time

Hi all
I have done my MBA from UWIC. I am working with nhs as IT manager but part time 3 hours per day ( 5 days a week ). my GP is happy to support me in applying for tier 2. can I apply as they have job for part time?

The minimum number of hours that you must be doing to qualify for tier 2 visa is 30 hrs per week
