Switching Tier 2 General from one employer to another

Hi,

Currently im working with Tier 2 visa(Valid from 04/05/2011 to 31/05/2014) with X employeer in ZZ role, now im planning to move from X employer to Y employer(Where I'm currently deployed to) on same ZZ role.

Need some advice from you guys before starting this process.
