Hi ,

I need your help and support to answer my query. I am currently in UK in TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM STAFF MIGRANT Visa doing IT Job.

Can I switch it to "TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT" either from INDIA or UK?

Pls pls provide your way how i can do



Visa Issue Date 2-JUN-2012

Visa Valid Till 1-JUN-2013

Type TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM STAFF MIGRANT

Day of Arrival 5-Jun-2012

you need a new CoS from your employer (min. salary £40k), leave the UK and apply for entry clearance from India. There will be no cooling-off.
