Dear experts please advice

HI experts,
came to uk on student visa valid from 2007-2010
PSW 2010-2012
Applied Tier 1 entrepreneur 2012 with team of 2
refused 2013
appeal feb 2014 withdrawn
reapplied Applied Tier 1 entrepreneur mar-2014
but , I lost my confident?
please advice me,
i dont want withdraw application.

q1) can i still continue my part time job now.
q2)(after the result of my application, incase! it is rejected again)
can i apply tier 2 visa with in UK (if i have a sponsor)
q3)please suggests me, what is the best option alternatively.
