Switzerland temporary work permit for UK Tier 2 worker?

I am employed by UK company on a Tier 2 visa. How difficult would it be for the company to send me for 6 months or more to Switzerland to provide services on company's behalf? Thanks.

If it is only up to 3 months per calendar year it would be possible through a Van Der Elst Visa. Otherwise, I guess, you will probably need an 'ordinary' residence/work permit and have to go through the full procedure.
