T1E visa renewal cover letter

T1E visa renewal cover letter

Dear all,

I am submitting T1E renewal application via an immigration advisor (I understand it is registered with OISC Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner). With all the documents, the advisor will also prepare a cover letter with the submission.

When I asked the advisor for a copy of the cover letter, I was told they would not share with me, in their general practice.

It seems strange to me as it is my application but I cannot know what is with the cover letter.

Hence I just want to check the experience of other applicants - whether it is usual or not.

I do not see why would they say such thing. Advisors must involve you fully in your application as you are at the end responsible for the outcome of the application not them

Did you not sign the application and the cover letter ?

Dear marcnath,

The application was submitted online. Our immigration adviser agent drafted the application, let me have the review, and submitted after my confirmation. No signature is required.

The immigration adviser mentioned that there is a cover letter, but I did not sign on it.
