T2G from ICT Established Staff

I want to Know whether I am eligible for switching in Tier 2 general from within the UK or not and cool off period apply to me or not.
I Initially had a type : VISA Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff valid from 13/04/2011 to 25/05/2014 (COS Issue Date 22-March-14 COS start Date 26-04-2011 and COS End Date 26-April 2014) and currently extended to type: T2 ICT Long term (Leave to Remain) valid until 10-04-2015. For my first visa I went to Biometrics for VFS center on 31st March 2011. I have the receipt as proof for VISA application date. I am currently planning to move to T2G Visa can some one please let me Know if I eligible to switch to Tier 2 General visa or not.
