T2G-Newborn-Dependant Visa-Online Application-UK

Hello,

I am applying for T2G - Dependant Visa for my newborn and currently filling the online application form, however i am confused at the declaration form.

Below is the question

"I confirm that:

A) I am the applicant
B) I am a representative of the applicant and have been authorised to act on their behalf and have discussed and confirmed the contents of this application with them"

It cannot be newborn filling the applicant itself, but then Option B doesn't sound correct.

Please can you advise, what have you selected (if you have gone through same process)
