Hi
I have a query on Tier 2 General.. Currently my friend is on Tier 2 ICT and his wife is in process of getting Tier 2 General from Tier 2 ICT Dependent. Her employer has agreed for sponsorship and will get restricted CoS and RLMT. And she will apply from home country.
Now, once she has Tier2 General, if she has to change job in future then
1) Does her prospective employer need to provide her CoS and RLMT (so the same process as now) ?
2) Will she be eligible for ILR if she completes 5 years on Tier 2 General?
3) If she switches job, does her 5 year window resets ?

Yes.

Yes. (As per the rules in place today)
3) If she switches job, does her 5 year window resets ?
No.
