T2ICT Extension: When will Biometric Permit be received

My wife is in UK on Tier 2 ICT and had applied for extension in January 2012. She appeared for Biometrics on 28 March 2012. But she has not received her biometric residence permit csrd yet. When can we expect the same as I need to apply for Dependent VISA?
Checked UK BA web site, but in the processing times, it mentions applications will be processed in 4 weeks. But, also mentions that currently they are considering applications for applicants who appeared for Biometrics on or before 12 March 2012. This date is also not getting modified since last 1 week.

Also, let us know if anyone of you have received the residence permit who apppeared for Biometrics in March so that we get an idea? Please Help! Thanks!
