Taking fingerprints with hurted fingers

My fingerprints on right hand is not clear because of dry and sensitive skin. Only the fingerprints on left hand is good. Will it be a problem when taking biometric feature for the application of PSW visa? I will submit the application form tomorrow. Thanks
