Why? He just needs to look at his Tax Credit Award letter. And Amanda do appreciate that the income level in the 2009-2010 is an important part of the calculation of Tax Credits in 2010-2011. Unless the income in 2010-2011 turns out to be more than £25000 more than the income in 2009-2010, then the 2010-2011 Tax Credits are not adjusted if the income goes up.it's worth checking on your figures if you are entitled to working tax credit.
Precisely, my earnings do not even reach £12k per year, plus in the last Tax year I did not work for 3 Months as I was looking for a job, and even while I did look for a job, it barely paid me £150 per week, imagine that!! lol.John wrote:Why? 1. What documents need to be Certified by a solicitor? From my side?
None
2. I have been advised that to get the square feet you need to multiply the L x W is this correct if it is then these are the revised accommodation measurements.
Pretty basic maths .... yes that is correct.
3. Another thing I forgot to mention John, is that my Spouse has previously been to the UK for Studies, which she stayed at a relatives place and studied for 1 Year, before returning back home, it was at this point half way through her studies that our relationship began.
- She has a UK National Insurance No.
- And a UK Bank account with some cash
Now on the finances section point 5.10 can she advise the Home Office of this to aid the Visa, and if me or even her father were to make a contribution to this account, can it be used towards the application? Additionally she has a Foreign bank account where she has some or little savings too. Please advise
Also
8.7.12 - Savings - How much could I show to aid me? I have built up savings of around £5000.00. Will this help? is it Suffice for my spouse application?
Savings should be disclosed, and will help.
8.7.13 - Public Funds/benefits - refers to what we were discussing earlier regarding Working Tax credits?
Yes
To check that his income was correctly stated. As it stands, the earnings look too high for WTC. That's why it would be worth double checking it.John wrote:Why? Further to our Board conversation, the following letter has been sent by the FCH FriendshipJohn wrote:Unless you answer my questions it is impossible to say whether the accommodation test is passed, or not.
I think you are talking about just bedrooms, but I wasn't!
