tax office or tax office reference

Happy new year!
I am completing the BOTA form, in section no. 3 good character requirement they ask about tax office address or tax office reference.
Where can I find this?

I am the director of my own ltd company, my accountant gave me the number 475/HB13627 which is my PAYE reference from HMRC. Would this number be ok? Do I still need to find out what will be the address?

Tax office address is the address you have provided to HMRC as company's address. That PAYE reference is the tax reference number.

on the form it says, Tax Office Address OR PAYE Reference, so i am guessing PAYE Ref /number should be ok.
