tax year account statement

Hi everyone, I have tried searching the boards but can't seem to find the answer.
I am currently applying for British Citizenship and do not understand What a "tax year account statement" is ?
I have a tax return and receipt for the payment to tax office.
Can anyone help ?

What is the context of the question - are you self-employed and paying tax/NI via self-assessment? Then it should be your self-assessment return.

Yes self employed so it is the SA302 ?

I believe that is the document, can be printed here https://www.gov.uk/sa302-tax-calculation unless you have them already.
