I'm a telecom Engineer. Can i Apply?

Hi,

I am a Computer Engineering graduate in Bangladesh currently working as System Engineer (NSS, Telecommunication) for almost 1.5 years. Prior to that i have almost 6 months experience as Network Engineer (IP Network) in a firm. So, cumulatively, its 2 yers i'm in job. Now, as I have switched my career in telecom rathar staying in computer networks, i have some doubt in whether i qualify in SOL (because it has no mention about such telecom work field)

Please anyone can clarify?

I am currently doing MS in Electronics and telecommunications Engineering. So, after completion, is it going to assist any further?
