temp bank statements on letterhead paper- no address

In the guidelines it says adhoc statements printed on letterheaded paper is admissible, but I am a bit paranoid that it does not have my address since a lot of the postings/replies here says I need name, address, & account number.
I don't get paper statements delivered to my house and I did request them to send me one (the most officialised version) for the last 3 months (which apparently takes 3 working days so I won't be able to pick them up till next tues)
But can I just send off the temporary statements they printed for me on letter headed paper with name & logo? Bank told me temp statements don't have addresses printed on them and they don't stamp anything, they just don't use them anymore.

Has anyone else sent these and been fine recently?
