tenancy agreement sample for UK! URGENT

Hi everyone,
My husband is going to be renting flat in order to sponsor my spouse visa to the UK. We don't really have the time to go through a state agent, he's renting his friend's flat. Can anyone send me a sample of a tenancy agreement so that my husband can get thing sorted out quuckly.
Any help will be very much appreciated:)
