TB test

Hi All,
I have a question related to TB test requirement.
My wife is on Tier -2 General dependent visa. She went back to India 1 year before and planned to come next week. Her visa is still valid. Does she need to go to go through TB test again for re entry to the UK as she is away from the UK for more than 6 months.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.
