TB test wrong address

Hello Forum members,

Please help me out of my situation.
I took TB test for U.K visa in some city which is quiet far from my place. It almost takes 2 days to reach there.
All details in my certificate are correct except U.K address. Avenue name is incorrect but rest of the details are ok.
There is my sign on certificate they issue to me.I don't know its logic.
Is there a any way out without visiting the center again or retaking the test. ex. (if they send me a letter stamped, stating my correct address).
Please guide.
