Me as a European Romanian Citizen Home Office have a Lovely team and respectful and friendly staff and helpful. I been trough Domestic Violence then I got a temporary accommodation after the depression I was going true as a mum with my 3 year old daughter the lady officer working for Council Bradford she rang she talk with me as non one you need to leave the temporary accommodation we paid unaff for you is k you can stay today tomorrow you need to leave tomorrow deal with me no lawfully at all. She thought I will not check my right she thought I am just another number which she no think as a single mum on top what i was going true she still guna go home have a tea watch telly and not even think twice she done the right decision and on top of it to put me to risk send me on streets .She told me she guna ring tomorrow morning give me the address I need to go .Guess what she never did that she rang Horton Housing located in Bradford with a lovely team and helpful and say to my support worker send her there.The lady called Katie from the company she said this is no right and lawfull I do not let you leave from here and this is not right how she treat you so she not let me leave my temporary accommodation I checked all nights my rights I photo screen all and first think in the morning I proved the lady who was dealing with my cause she was wrong disrespectful .Us like me and Horton House we right a email with my rights and lawfull way she cant just say leave and words like we pay unaff for you.In that time I already apply for my EU Settlement Scheme .I was waiting an Answer. I rang Home Office I Try
explain in big my situation they was lovely and helpful I didn't get a answer then but guess what in the morning I had one of the best days of my life and I prove I am entitled and granted Indefinite Leave In the UK. So my advice for anyone never give up .And I want to prove Home Office is very respectful and nice .

If you are an EEA citizen exercising Treaty Right for 5 years+, you are eligible to the Settled status regardless of any other actors in your life.

If you was living here 5 years you will be considered a settled status anyway!
