i passed my life in uk test today

i am on spouse visa, and it will be 2 yrs in 20 may

now i think i have to wait for 2 week for final result

cam i apply for ilr as soon i get my final result

please advice me for further what to do..

Final results? What final results you are waiting for? If you have passed your life in the UK test then you can apply for ILR with in 28days of expiry of your 2 years spouse visa.
