Is PO the only way to enroll Biometrics?

I have a PEO nearby.
So can I enroll my biometrics at PEO instead of PO?

I checked that appointments are available at this PEO for Tier 1 General.
I hope this is not mandatory to go to PO only for biometrics.

Want to save on the cost of biometrics.

if the biometric invitation letter gives you an option of doing it at a Peo then you can do it otherwise it has to be done at the PO. they have made it mandatory for postal applicants wef 10th april this year.
