Is there any issue to get super priority service people who are applying for ILR Set LR for 10 year base

Hi all respected members
Recently I have seen some topic where some people have mentioned that they are trying to book super priority service but they can not find option when they make fee payment to home office and they can’t find super priority option.
My question is which visa category is faceing this problem?
Is there any problem with people who are apply for ILR set LR on 10 years base?
Please senior members please advice

It is ALL visa and ilr categories that have this issues.

It is not set LR specific!!

There is huge demand for super priority and due to the demand, there is likely very little if any availability for the service.
