Is there any requirements for salary payment method?

Hello everyone,
I am applying for infinit leave to remain under Tier 2, I have a little concern and looking for some help.
I receive my wages every week, my boss put cash into my bank account. So on my bank statement, it show the transaction is in cash. On the pay slip, it says: payment method- cash, payment period- weekly. So when applying for infinite leave to remain, is there any requirements set by home office about the salary payment method and payment periods?
