Is There Any Way To Expedite ILR Visa Application Processing

Hi,
I submitted my ILR visa application under HSMP category in last week of March 09 and still waiting for the visa. I have no hopes of getting my visa any sooner after reading posts from some members they got it after six months and one year. when I submitted my application, the waiting time was 14 weeks, but I submitted the application hoping it may not take that long. but now it looks like I may not get it even after 14 weeks. I am not sure if the waiting time is indefinite. home office website is updated in April with waiting time increased to six months. but when I submitted it was 14 weeks. don't know if the new waiting time applies to old applications too.
I tried to contact the home office several times, they keep telling me the application is under consideration and cannot provide any more details on that.
my question is, do I have any option to speed up the process, even by paying more etc? according to home office website, even making a complaint to local MP won't help. if I withdraw my application and go through an agent, will that help?
Is there anything I can do by whatever means to get my visa faster? I need get my parents here from overseas within two months for personal reasons and they can't apply for visa while my visa processing is going on. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. it seems there are only two options, either withdraw the application and leave this country OR wait indefinitely hoping that some day I will get the visa.
