Is there anybody who re-applied PSW visa after rejection?

Hi guys
I have a clear questions to whom re-applied PSW visa after rejections. Can anybody share their results or current process. So far, I have heard so many rumours about reapplications and appealing. Thus, the best way to make it clear is to learn the results from the previous people.
