Is there discrimination against Asians post 7/11?

Post by rajesh.capri » Thu Sep 15, 2005 8:08 pm

Hi

I just heard from somebody that Asians are being looked down upon and the job offers are not being made to them.

Is it true ?

Please let me know as I plan to come to London by end of October.

I am looking for job in Sales and Marketing, can some one guide me for CV tailoring and send it to recruitment agencies?

Moderators pls excuse as I mean no harm but wanted to clarify rather tha n experience the same post landing

Thanx for all answers in advance

There is no discrimination per se. If you are the BEST candidate - you will get the job

I am an asia and till now i did not notice this anywhere. Ofcourse i attended so many interviews and offered 90% of them.

It all depends on u'r skills and attitude. I am a resident here from 2.5 years.
