Is there RLMT exemption for student?

Post by thuyduong » Mon Mar 07, 2016 7:11 pm

Hi,

I've got enquiry regarding RLMT. I'm currently on Tier 4 student visa granted from a college but I was last granted tier 4 student visa from a UK recognised University for my master degree. I read from the government website that there are some exemptions from RLMT. One of them might relate to my situation where I am on Tier 4 student visa or was previously on Tier 4 student visa and will be (or have been) completed my degree ( bachelor or master degree) from a UK recognised University then my employer could get exempt from RLMT.

Here is the link: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... 1_2015.pdf on page 27, 28.

Can someone please shed some light on this situation for me please?

Thanks!

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).
