Is there a way to rush a Fiance's Visa?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help. Myself and my fiance filed for our Fiance's Visa back in September. She is an american citizen and I'm Irish. We are planning to get married in the States once we get the Visa. We found out a few weeks ago that she is pregnant. We need to get the Visa ASAP so I can get there to help. Does anyone know if there is a way to rush the process? Thank you for the help. P.
