I think that the problem is that people are supposed to be here studying full time, but some are not it appears, and that some would argue that large scale breach of the UK's Immigration Law like this undermines the whole system, as well as damaging the reputation of UK qualifications in the UK and abroad. This does harm...........if I get your point. Have you no sisters, or is it only brothers caught up in this PSW thing?

Just jaded mate.....

Don't get like that Wanderer, your girlfriend is the one with the qualification that is internationally recognised and worth more than the paper it is written on. No doubt she has learnt valuable things & will get a good job soon. Better than a security guard or construction..........

Oddly, she has a great job and she got it before the PSW visa, with like a month left on her student visa. Goes to show really, employer never even flinched or was even remotely interested in the visa when it arrived....
