Third part UK bank statment

Is it necessary to provide third Party UK bank statement if we have already received a letter from UK Bank with available amount on applicant's name ?

help will be appreciated.

u need 4 letters if u r showing 3rd party statment ...

1.statement from bank showing 50 k in account...25 points
2.written on bank letterhead ...that this amount is disposable and in access of u....(format is in policy guidance ) 50 points
3.a letter from a lawyer(affidavit) ...showing the consent of that account holder that u can use his money for ur business purpse in uk.(policy guidance)
4.a letter form lawyer (affidavit)showing that the lawyer is genuine...his name,place ,address,phone no,fax no if got, and his bar council no...etc...

My question is do I need to show third party bank statment as well
Third party is Uk Based.All other letters are Done.

as i hav already mention u r claiming 75 points for this seciton...
if u r showing 3rd party statement....

u must need all those 4 letters .. it was easy in my case as i show my statement in pakistan...u can arrange these letters there wid some extra efforts...
but here bank wil never write on the letterhead specially 2nd letter for accessible and disposible one...what u can do ...
ask them to write down on a letterhead from bank which says "its not the bank policy to write down these sort lines...etc etc...

obviously u wil be sending statement which u can get easily and 2 letters from lawyer from here...problem wil be with 2nd letter which contain 50 points...in some cases people got visa whn they show that its not the bank policy to give u any that kind of letter...

a advise for u ...plz ready the policy guideline....at the bottom they gave u formate of letters....just add ur name in those letters and take that to bank and if possible ask them to give u this format and same text letter....if not thn the safe side letter which i old u already.
