Is this removal direction or my ILR?

Post by staybless » Thu Jul 28, 2011 7:42 pm

I book an appointment last week to do further submission this week friday but today I met a letter from Dx delivery compant dated 25th July sayimg they have a package for me from UKBA. I was away for three days, I went to see my child. What should i do? should i cancle the further submission appointment till i see what is in the package or should i just go to liverpool? If it is a removal direction and i go to liverpool, will they detain me?

when are you supposed to submit your further submissions, can't you ring the the DX and arrange an appointment to receive your package before you go to Liverpool. alternatively you can ring the UKBA up and ask them about the package. i would suggest you recieve your package first before going to Liverpool.

i think it's too late to counsel it, just go there and hear what they say or ring them before you go there and ask about the package from DX. good luck man

Thanks everyone,. The letter from DX was a letter from CAAU for me to go to liverpool and submit my further submission. Why was it recorded delivery when there was no other important documents, i dont know? It could be that the reconsideration letter that I sent with all my supported documents was recorded delivery and they replied through recorded delivery. This is the second letter advising me to go to liverpool.

Further submissions can take months or years to be considered in some cases. 3 months is not unusual in the slightest.
