tiel 1 application-earnings issue-please respond

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM MY FELLOW READERS
IS THERE ANYTHING WORTHWHILE MEMBERS CAN CONTRIBUTE?

i worked as a consultant in a trading company in kenya-africa from july 2007 to dec 2007 and was paid a total of usd 50,000 in 2 instalments-
in oct 2007 usd 10,000 and in jan 2008 usd 40,000
the money was transfred to my account based in india
my query is
1. do i need to work for 12 months to be eligible?
2. do i need to use indian multipler or african multiplier
3. in either case my earnigs exceed equivalent of 40,000 gbp-so can i claim 45 points?
4. jan 2008 till now i am not working-can i still apply based on previous earnings july-dec 2007?
5. since it was not salary but a lumpsum amount that i was paid-there are no pay slips-what kind of letter should i get from employer?
6. my bank statement shows remittances inward in oct and jan-should the letter corroborate these figures?
7. i was also paid usd 1500 per month as local salary-where should i account for this as it was given in local currency and no bank transfer or salary slip as it was maintenance allowance
