Hi,

I have applied for my daughter visa (Tier-1 General Child Dependent) outside of UK in last October and she got Visa for less than 6 months. We have been asked to pay £700 for IHS online while filling the from. We have paid it. and she got only less than 6 months visa. So I have emailed them through contact us page on gov.uk and they said I have get partial refund for it. They said in November but its now February and not get money back yet. I have contacted them many times got same reply that your case has been escalated to upper level team and you will get reply from them, When I asked for time, they said they can only reply to query but upper level team will notify. Does anyone can help me what to do?
