Tier 1- 2nd Extension- Conviction

Hi There,

I wanted to check whether there is a possiblity of extending Tier 1 visa for the second time as per the new guidelines published on 23 September 2013 if anyone has got a non-custodial sentence such as a restraining order from the court in a form of a conviction.

What will be the duration of sentence for it to become unspent and when will someone be eligible to apply for ILR.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can provide some guidance.

I think the conditional discharge conviction is considered as spent when the time period stated on it has lapsed. e.g if its for six months then its spent after six months. IMO[/url]
