Tier 4 Advice

Hi, I have a question and and I am honest and hope can advice

My girlfriend came to the UK in 2013 Aug to do her foundation in accountacy unde tier 4. CAS letter was issues and when she arrived she did not attend any classes and stayed with me for 5 months in the UK and left home and her passport has no stamp on departure and arrival at home country Malaysia as we use electroning arrival machine to scan. To avoid any problem, I wrote to the college stating that she her dad passed away and she has to return home urgently.

Now after two year she is genuinly coming back to study after I told her cleary no more doing the same as past. My question is will the immigration in home country ask for proof and questions regarding the past issue before issuing the nex 6 months visa? Will she have any problems?
