Tier 1 and Spouse visa

Hello,
I am on Tier 1 visa, since March 2009, and I am in the UK since March 2009 I am getting married to a british citizen next month.
The question is could the previous 2 year be counted for ILR for Spouse Visa, I mean can I apply for ILR after marriage, or do i need to wait for 2 more year before being eligible for ILR.

Just a quick question, after getting ILR I heard that I will be eligible for citizenship immediatley, I mean no need for waiting for one more year.

Also I need your advice regarding which visa will better for me, I mean I am eligible for the extension of my Tier 1 as well as I will be eligible for spouse visa.

Spouse may be quicker for ILR.
Immediately after grant of ILR, you may be eligible for British citizenship.

As well as I am thinking to apply for spouse visa after the extension of my Tier 1, could you pls tell me from when exactly they start counting the 2 years for ILR, from the date of marriage, or from the date of submitting the application or from the date of granting the visa

You have to meet all the requirements to be eligible.

2 years starts from the grant of FLR(M).

Do you mean from the date of granting the marriage visa, not the date of the marriage itself

I am a doctor, and there is no restriction for training on my Tier 1 visa, is there any restriction on spouse visa for training

Note that when you're applying in the UK, it's for further leave to remain. Visas are entry clearance applications from outside the UK.
2 years starts from the grant of FLR(M), not marriage.
There are no restrictions on employment.

I am a bit confused, do u mean that after marriage I will not apply for Spouse visa, instead I will apply for Further Leave to Remain FLR

Right, I am planning tto bring my mother to live with me here in the UK, I mean to stay not to only visit, is there any way to bring her as a dependent

If so, is it better to bring her now, or after granting FLR
