Tier 1 visa is fine as long as it is still valid. If you get a Visit visa stamped now, then it will override the Tier 1 visa. At any point in time, only the latest visa is 'active' and the conditions attached to this visa will override any conditions with the previous ones.immig.inf wrote:I have tire 1 visa but did not go to UK because of my present job.
