refusal solve

Hi
I applied for tier 1 (gen) in april from hsmp. but they reject my application in june because of employers lia. insu. but luckily i solve it in court. i recieved letter from court today that my appeal is allowed.
so i think i need to wait for letter from home office for stamp.
how long will it take from now ?? cause i am thinking to go to india.
any help??
