Tier 4 application form queries

I will be recieving a loan from the US government.
The proof of funds is a letter from the university i am going to. It states the disbursement dates and amounts. The loan certificate is approved by UKBA.

I need assistance with completing part 6 from Appendix 8.
section 6.15 says:
Put a cross in the relevant box to confirm what evidence of financial sponsorship you have provided.

(Does this part apply to me? or not? it is a loan so it shouldn't be considered financial sponsorship. am i correct?)

section 6.20 says:
Put a cross in the relevant boxes to indicate what evidence of funds has been supplied to cover all maintenance and fees which you still need to pay.

(Can i put a cross next to "Letter from a regulated financial institution confirming funds or the agreement of a loan." ?; the loan certificate is from the university and not a financial instituion there is nothing that says univesity) please help
