TIER 2 APPLICATION - REJECTED - CURRENT (TIER 4 VISA) EXPIRED - WHAT TO DO?

I had applied to switch to Tier 2 visa from Tier 4 visa before my Tier 4 expired. However, my Tier 2 application was rejected on the grounds of my salary fell short of the threshold required. My employer has now rectified this and I intent to submit a new Tier 2 application based on a higher salary. How should I answer the question 'Do you currently have a visa or leave to remain?'? - FYI my Tier 4 visa is now expired on 21-10-2019.

I would appreciate any advise regarding this issue.
