Tier 1 business trading / import

Can any one advise if I make business plan for trading or import business for the tier 1 visa filing. your guidance will be highly appreciated.

If you are applying inside the UK then not a good idea. Do not make your case more complicated when there are other options available for you. You can make it as a second business after getting your visa.

BUT still I am worried about the name of my registered business. as you also read my other message. please advise me other wise i need to change it. my business name if " Daniels admin support ltd " but in the policy document of tier 1 is is written that " it exclude administration to business" do you have any idea about it...is my business not meeting the ceriteria.....please advise me other wise i have to change.

recognition if Daniels admin support ltd is involved in delivering at such a level as 4 or above determined by its provision to its clients not the your services to your company which is administration a business or your fear.

however if you are thinking to have a foot fall in other businesses in the future as you mention import or expert you should choose name like ''Daniel enterprise'' where HMRC lets you choose codes for the services your company involved in, this name or similar one should cover all your plans currently in place in addition to future ones.

it is just a suggestion!!!
