Tier 2 change employer new salary

Hi

I am on tier 2 general sponsored visa with cos having 37 k salary. After 1 year I got increment in salary to 45k due to my performance. But I want to change new job with new employer as my current employer is having problems with hmrc. Can I apply visa with new cos of 38k or I should have a job offer of 45 to successfully change new job. Please suggest me.

Any salary appropriate for the SOC code is fine, even if less than 33k
