Tier 2 change of employment (Urgent)

Hello guys,

I am on the Tier 2 General visa with my current employer which will be expired on 13th of May 2014.

My start date with my new employer will be on 1st of June 2014.

What happens to the gap between 13th to 30th of May? Can I continue working for my current employer until the end of May?

As you don't have valid leave to remain visa after 13th May, you should not be working with your current employer during the gap period until 30th May. But you could continue stay in the UK and join your new employer on 1st of June.
