Tier 2 change of job title

Hi All,

I applied for T2 back in 2012 when the soc code for my job was 2132 software professional. My job title was Network Communication Engineer .

Now I am also supervising and leading the team but no changes to my duties, does this require a new application to be made or simply change of title to something such as lead system analyst or lead network communication engineer?

Also when it comes up for renewal, I think I need to choose the right code. The 2132 has been splitted into 3 codes of 2135,2136,2139.

2135 matches my skills and duties but related job titles are
Related job titles:

 Business analyst (computing)
 Data communications analyst
 Systems analyst
 Systems consultant
 Technical analyst (computing)
 Technical architect

does this mean my job title has to be exactly one of above or can it be anything as long as my duties is within one of the above categories ?

so for my renewal I woudn't need to do a RLMT as I am still doing the same job for the same company but code number 2132 is no longer available so can only select 2135 . Is this correct or would UKBA automatically suggest and put me on the closet match which again will be 2135?
