Tier 2 changing employer (dependent)

Hi guys,

An urgent question please.

My wife is currently in the UK on my dependent visa. But as I am changing employer and for her dependent visa application, do we need to provide marriage certificate again? I ask this question is because ours is in foreign language and I have to get it translated before my appointment next week.
