Tier 5 charity worker visa second job

Hello people, hope everyone is safe and well.

I have a charity visa offer and gov website states that i cannot get paid for the work while in uk. It also states that i can take a second job in the skilled worker shortage list for 20 hours. Does this mean i can get paid for the second job i take as part time outside main work in skilled worker shortage list?

Any help would be appreciated. Because my employer would pay me 100 pounds along with accommodation. So 100 pounds in london for food and groceries and travel is impossible. So I’m hoping i can get paid from the second job atleast.

See the guidance on applications, which explains as follows on page 46:

Supplementary employment

As well as the job specified on the CoS, an applicant (except private servants in diplomatic households who entered the UK under the Immigration Rules in place on or after 6 April 2012 and seasonal workers) can do supplementary work if it is:
• a job that is either:
o on the shortage occupation list in Appendix Shortage Occupation Lists of the Immigration Rules or
o in the same occupation code and at the same level as the work for which the CoS was assigned
• no more than 20 hours a week
• outside the working hours covered by the CoS
